Managing Director

Richard Hogg joined The Llords Group during 1989 in Japan; he brought a vibrancy and passion for people to an already growing company. Mike’s strengths as a leader of people and an ability to build teams compounded the growth of the company for the next 8 years throughout Australasia. In 1996 Richard Hogg moved to Australia to head up the expansion of The Llords Group in Europe. By 1998 Richard Hogg became Managing Director of The Llords Group and now overseas the western region. His aim is to see The Llords Group expand throughout the whole of Europe as deregulation progresses and ensure the success of the brand in India and the Middle East.

Paul Davison

Global Chief Executive Officer

Paul Davison is responsible for the overall management and operations of The Llords Group on a global basis. He is also responsible for Llords's investment and acquisition strategy, as Llords continues to invest in companies that gain leverage from its core sales expertise. Michael represents Llords on the board of various other private companies which Llords has investment in, including Credit Guarantee Corporation, a unique credit card insurance product targeted at the world's major banks.
