M. P. Mallya began with the company in Australia, opening MC s in Perth and Brisbane. After an inspiring visit to Asia in 1994, M. P. Mallya decided that Asia was where he wanted to build his Organisation. Opening a new country with no infrastructure was difficult in the beginning, but over time and with hard work he laid the foundations to a successful business. M. P. Mallya now operates and impressive organisation, which encompasses Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia.

L. Karamchand

Vice President (Japan)

L. Karamchand was one of the original Leaders on KSP's team back in Toronto, Canada. He followed KSP's to Australia and established his first MC’s in Sydney back in 1987. After expanding his Organisation through Australia and New Zealand, looking for a new challenge L. Karamchand decided to relocate to Japan and take his business further a field. He now runs a very successful Organisation in Japan, leading his team to ever-higher achievements.
